Hypnotherapy is nothing but a natural state - in terms of neuroscience it’s when your brain is producing more delta waves than any other frequency. In this state, which just feels like a very deep state of relaxation, you are the most suggestible. Hypnotherapy takes advantage of this by using this time to offer you helpful suggestions that will make your life better.

Sometimes one, sometimes a longer mentorship is desired/ required. It depends on you and your intentions.

Accepted Answer

Hypnosis is a completely natural state. It’s a sleep of the nervous system, but you are still awake and fully in control. If at some point you wanted to come out of it, you could, however you’ll find yourself so relaxed and at peace that you’d just simply wouldn’t want to.

You are there with a specific intention of what you want to get from the session and will only accept the suggestions you already want. It's a special way to realize how on your side your mind is once set up for success.
