Cancellation & Refunds

We do our best to be understanding of emergencies that may arise, which is why we want to make sure you understand our policy before you begin working with us. As much as we want to be flexible every time something comes up, we appreciate your understanding of our cancelation & refund policy. This helps us to help as many people as possible. 

CANCELLATIONS
 

We do our best to be understanding of emergencies that may arise, which is why we want to make sure you understand our policy before you begin working with us. As much as we want to be flexible every time something comes up, we appreciate your understanding of our cancelation policy. This helps us to help as many people as possible. 

 

Cancellations should be done 24 hours after making your booking on our website - only cancellations made within 24 hours of booking will be fully refunded. Cancellations made after 24 hours of placing your booking, can either be rescheduled or cancelled, however no refund will be available. 

 

If you wish to cancel your session, please open our website on your laptop or computer and click on the user icon on the top right of your screen. Login with the details you used to book your session if you are not already logged in. Then click on the dropdown list next to the icon and select “My Bookings”. Next to the booking that you would like to cancel, there will be an option that says “reschedule” with a little drop down arrow next to it. Click on the dropdown arrow and select “cancel”. A popup screen will appear that asks you whether or not you want to cancel your session, select the relevant option. You will then see that your session has been removed from the “My Bookings” tab.

 

Should you have any trouble cancelling your session, please send us an email to hello@rhiannonokoye.com and we will help you with the cancellation.
 

REFUNDS

As much as we want to be flexible every time something comes up, we appreciate your understanding of our rescheduling policy. This helps us to help as many people as possible.

 

Please let us know at least 24 hours before our scheduled session to reschedule - any time after this rescheduling or refunds will unfortunately not be possible.

 

If you wish to reschedule your session, please open our website on your laptop or computer and click on the user icon on the top right of your screen. Login with the details you used to book your session if you are not already logged in. Then click on the dropdown list next to the icon and select “My Bookings”. Next to the booking that you would like to reschedule, there will be an option that says “reschedule”. Click on “reschedule” and then select the date and time you wish to move your booking to and select “next”. You should receive a notification that confirms that your booking has been moved.
