Unlike traditional talking therapies which can take years to see long lasting results my method will offer understanding, intervention and resolution within a 90 minute session. After a sessions, each client will leave with a personalised hypnotic audio recording and must commit to 21 days of listening to their recording. This will contain the blueprint of the future that you are creating. The mind does what you tell it, however, the only way for an adult to create the new neural pathways to support your vision is by repetition and via repetition. A session with me will include both and set you up for success in the best way possible.

Cancellation Policy

Please let me know at least 24 hours before our scheduled session to reschedule by sending us an email to hello@rhiannonokoye.com. Unfortunately, any time after this rescheduling will not be possible. Only cancellations made within 24 hours of booking will be fully refunded.
